Sun Country--I was VERY surprised at the bill on my last visit/pick up. You charged $15 per dress (and I had 4)--which was in addition to my husband's 3 shirts (which were reasonably priced). Originally, I came to your store b/c your website indicated that you repair shoes. Once I arrived, I learned that your website is out of date b/c you no longer do shoes. I Tried to take advantage of your 25% off dry clean household items sale on 2 throw pillows. Upon picking them up, was surprised that the bill was $40.80. And that was with the 25% off. To make matters worse, one of the pillows looked great but the other is quite lumpy. Not only can You feel the lumps but you can also see the lumps... in just one of the pillows! Very poor customer service when having an issue.
Dropped off Thursday afternoon . YOUR return promise date was following Monday after 6 pm . I went Tuesday morning to get and wasn’t there . Told be there later after 6 that Tuesday . Day late. You have my email and cell number and sent me advertisement immediately upon giving you that info . But made 0 effort to notify me it was going to be a day late. UNACCEPTABLE ! Called to say I was stuck in traffic. Got there at 7:01. Door looked. What should have happened is when I called they should have pulled the garment out. They had my number and could have called to see how far away I was. This was another error on their part and I gave them another try. Obviously a fail.

Horrible experience! My husbands shirts did not even look clean or pressed and mind you these shirts were brand new never even worn! I will never be back to ply his place! It’s dirty and poor customer service!! Especially when your own employee states wow those look like s***!
