I Tried to take advantage of your 25% off dry clean household items sale on 2 throw pillows. Upon picking them up, was surprised that the bill was $40.80. And that was with the 25% off. To make matters worse, one of the pillows looked great but the other is quite lumpy. Not only can You feel the lumps but you can also see the lumps... in just one of the pillows! Very poor customer service when having an issue.
Dropped off Thursday afternoon . YOUR return promise date was following Monday after 6 pm . I went Tuesday morning to get and wasn’t there . Told be there later after 6 that Tuesday . Day late. You have my email and cell number and sent me advertisement immediately upon giving you that info . But made 0 effort to notify me it was going to be a day late. UNACCEPTABLE ! Called to say I was stuck in traffic. Got there at 7:01. Door looked. What should have happened is when I called they should have pulled the garment out. They had my number and could have called to see how far away I was. This was another error on their part and I gave them another try. Obviously a fail.

Horrible experience! My husbands shirts did not even look clean or pressed and mind you these shirts were brand new never even worn! I will never be back to ply his place! It’s dirty and poor customer service!! Especially when your own employee states wow those look like s***!
I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone. They are very overpriced . Moreover, the closing is getting ruined during the dry cleaning process. The customer service is rude and unprofessional. Please take your dry clean somewhere else if you like your closing.
LL Extremely disappointed in cost of dry cleaning my shirts. Had one c shirt button holes tightened. Cost $14 one shirt. Said something about shirt cost more because it was different material. Had no idea shirt would cost that much. Charging $3plus per shirt is higher than normal from my experience in Jacksonville. Won't go back to this cleaner.
You ran a three day sale of 25% off. You were CLOSED two of the three days!!! **NOT EVEN OPEN AT ALL ON NEW YEARS EVE DAY!!! Re-run this sale ... and leave your doors OPEN!!!
