We've used Sun Country for years for both clothing and household items and until now have been happy. However, when I took in comforters last week, I was shocked that I had to provide a "release" for possible damages since they were household items. I understood why when my dryclean-only comforter was returned with the "fill" all matted along the edges -- likely from being laundered instead of dry cleaned. It's now ruined, and no one even thought to warn me. And since I agreed to the waiver, I guess it's buyer beware.

We picked up over 30 items, which cost over 150.00, they did the wrong starch, some of the shirts are still not clean, super disappointed, stopped by the store with my wrinkled, bent up collar, and the girl behind the counter said "sorry" Just horrible
In the past 5 weeks they have “lost” a $100 pair of Perry Ellis dress pants AND a $60 Perry Ellis dress shirt. I have inquired numerous times as to my recourse to this situation. They always give me the runaround with zero solution, compromise or reimbursement for my loss. This is not the way to treat long and loyal customers. I am giving them 1 more week to rectify the situation to my satisfaction or I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Horrible! Super overpriced! Did you even try to get the stain out for $133.00???? Horrible and very overpriced. Will not use your company again.
It has not been the same since Arron left. I brought a pair of pants in to be cuffed. I made it clear that I did not want them hemmed, I wanted to have them cuffed. The woman said that I was "stuck" with how I had pinned them. I offered to try them on and she said they no longer provide that service. I picked them up and they had been hemmed. I paid 29.70 for that. Since I had purchased the jeans on sale it was more than I paid for the jeans. I will not be coming back.
Sun Country Cleaners prices are getting absolutely ridiculous I just picked up one pair of my husbands shorts and the price to get them cleaned was $6.63.
I went to the store and they cannot find these garments?
dunedin location: 2 different times my vest had a white stain, first time they took care of it, second time i had to take it somewhere else to get it fix today i took two vest & 2 ties and explained to the clerk or owner that I did not want the stains: & he said your saying we stained it? i said yes and he said go take your buisness some where else!!Now that was very rude!!!
