Sun Country Cleaners prices are getting absolutely ridiculous I just picked up one pair of my husbands shorts and the price to get them cleaned was $6.63.
I went to the store and they cannot find these garments?
dunedin location: 2 different times my vest had a white stain, first time they took care of it, second time i had to take it somewhere else to get it fix today i took two vest & 2 ties and explained to the clerk or owner that I did not want the stains: & he said your saying we stained it? i said yes and he said go take your buisness some where else!!Now that was very rude!!!

Sun Country--I was VERY surprised at the bill on my last visit/pick up. You charged $15 per dress (and I had 4)--which was in addition to my husband's 3 shirts (which were reasonably priced). Originally, I came to your store b/c your website indicated that you repair shoes. Once I arrived, I learned that your website is out of date b/c you no longer do shoes. I Tried to take advantage of your 25% off dry clean household items sale on 2 throw pillows. Upon picking them up, was surprised that the bill was $40.80. And that was with the 25% off. To make matters worse, one of the pillows looked great but the other is quite lumpy. Not only can You feel the lumps but you can also see the lumps... in just one of the pillows! Very poor customer service when having an issue.
Dropped off Thursday afternoon . YOUR return promise date was following Monday after 6 pm . I went Tuesday morning to get and wasn’t there . Told be there later after 6 that Tuesday . Day late. You have my email and cell number and sent me advertisement immediately upon giving you that info . But made 0 effort to notify me it was going to be a day late. UNACCEPTABLE !
