The last order I had picked up was a large order and was inappropriately entered into the system. I originally had a few items brought back. I called the next business day and was told there were no more items in my order. It took several days to find that my order was separated and entered under someone else's name. I ended up getting my order back and an apology on the phone but no compensation for the hassle or delay. I am not one to complain but my clothing is something I take care of as I don't like to shop. Never going back again.
Not impressed with the service or the prices. I changed from one location to here and boy was it a big difference. Needless to say, I no longer am a customer. It is unfortunate as I was a long time customer in Palm Harbor and with one experience at Ridgemoor, I will bet be back.

I have lived here in Nashua, nh for many yrs and never heard of you people nor can I locate your company outside of online in Florida it seems Not sure how you got my email but clearly someone input something wrong or someone gave you the wrong address. I picked up a columbia button front shirt I had laundered and ironed. When I got home and looked at the back of the shirt the shirt had been pressed with 3 diagonal lines on each side and the back had been pressed with the shirt material inches above the net inner liner of the shirt leaving the shirt material high in the back with the netting exposed on both sides. If I could give 0 stars I would. The first time we used Sun Country we had to send clothes back that were wrinkled still. We gave them a second chance and I can't even describe how bad the wrinkles were. When I called customer service to see how they could make it right (because the shirt is so wrinkled I can't even iron them out!) they never called back. Horrible experience.
We've used Sun Country for years for both clothing and household items and until now have been happy. However, when I took in comforters last week, I was shocked that I had to provide a "release" for possible damages since they were household items. I understood why when my dryclean-only comforter was returned with the "fill" all matted along the edges -- likely from being laundered instead of dry cleaned. It's now ruined, and no one even thought to warn me. And since I agreed to the waiver, I guess it's buyer beware.

We picked up over 30 items, which cost over 150.00, they did the wrong starch, some of the shirts are still not clean, super disappointed, stopped by the store with my wrinkled, bent up collar, and the girl behind the counter said "sorry" Just horrible
