The dust all over the shirt and jacket. what is going on there.
Sweaters smelled the same way I took them in and wore. I don’t even feel like they we’re laundered. The smelled musky. That wasn’t the way I sent them. Highly disappointed for the amount of money I paid.
15 years experience as a dry cleaner owner for 6 of them, so I'm well aware of what it takes to do the work. Took a $30 and an $80 dress, they charged $38 each to clean. Ridiculous. 1 was a simple blow out on a susie, the other wasn't much more. Refuse to starch my shirts, even with a release, then charge dry clean prices for a laundered shirt! Con artists, ridiculous. There's no good cleaners in Manatee County
Good prompt service but incredibly expensive for simple waist alteration and single piece dry cleaning.
Have tried with my phone number and my email address. Cannot get into my download and cannot receive coupons
The last order I had picked up was a large order and was inappropriately entered into the system. I originally had a few items brought back. I called the next business day and was told there were no more items in my order. It took several days to find that my order was separated and entered under someone else's name. I ended up getting my order back and an apology on the phone but no compensation for the hassle or delay. I am not one to complain but my clothing is something I take care of as I don't like to shop. Never going back again.
Not impressed with the service or the prices. I changed from one location to here and boy was it a big difference. Needless to say, I no longer am a customer. It is unfortunate as I was a long time customer in Palm Harbor and with one experience at Ridgemoor, I will bet be back.

I have lived here in Nashua, nh for many yrs and never heard of you people nor can I locate your company outside of online in Florida it seems Not sure how you got my email but clearly someone input something wrong or someone gave you the wrong address.
