It as my first visit to your store, it’s all automated and I needed my sons suit cleaned for his grandfather’s funeral. The places seemed unnamed until an extremely RUDe older woman came out yelling that all I had to do was ask her?? Apparently I did something wrong according to her. I will not be visiting again Sorry to have to give a bad review but first impressions are everything
Something has changed with dry cleaning, my shirts are coming back stained. Maybe a new product is being used? I had to send my white shirts back twice this week. Also, I do not like the new turn around time. You no longer have same day and now it takes 2-4 days.

I’ve had 2 bad experiences and neither one was rectified, second one I was promised a refund and this was for Easter still haven’t seen it!!! First time it was My grandson’s birthday and the clothes weren’t pressed correctly, second time I had my 4 grandson’s outfits being starched was even charged for belts to be pressed when I wasn’t even aware of but they are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXPENSIVE.,,,, spent almost $60 for 4 shirts and 4 shorts for children ages 9 months-4 years old. I get my work uniforms wash dry folded every week from you guys and my shirts are so wrinkly they can’t even be fixed with an iron. I would suggest maybe not putting work uniforms in plastic bag.
I have been taking suit jackets along with pants a couple times a week. Lately I’ve had to return a few items because they didn’t get the sweat stains out. Two employees basically said it was my fault that the stains didn’t come out. Begrudgingly 2 different employees said they would send them back for another cleaning. The dust all over the shirt and jacket. what is going on there.
Sweaters smelled the same way I took them in and wore. I don’t even feel like they we’re laundered. The smelled musky. That wasn’t the way I sent them. Highly disappointed for the amount of money I paid.
