We have been using your dry cleaner for over 20 years. The last time I received a 15% discount coupon, the clerk forgot to apply it. When she realized that, she came running out to my car and told me not to worry it would be on my account. The next time I went back with dry cleaning, it was another girl and she told me there was no such discount. I am done with Sun country cleaners. I have tried to unsubscribe from your email list. Please do not email me anymore.
Since your automation , I was not pleased with your service. My shirts were wrinkled and the creases on all of my pants were wrong .I paid nearly $200 for this. Therefore, I have decided to go to a different cleaner after being a customer with you for 6 years.

Never received an email when my clothes were ready so I just went on my own a few days after I was told they would be ready. Picked up the clothes and did not get a receipt, there was no one available during the business hours to ask about the receipt and no one answered the phone when I called while standing in the lobby of the cleaners. I had clicked on your previous offers of 25% off household items and also $5 off regular cleaning. I brought a comforter today for cleaning and was told that the 5 dollar discount would be applied. I requested that the 25% discount should be applied (if not both) and was told that the system would not allow the change. I think that's wrong. Please make the change to #51, 08/23 10:03AM. Clothes were wrinkle from your kiosks machine. Two linen pants, were very wrinkle. It was returned worse then before. A large blouse hadn't been presse. Lastly, my husband picked up an order and the slacks fell to the ground, wrinkle.

The places seemed unnamed until an extremely RUDe older woman came out yelling that all I had to do was ask her?? Apparently I did something wrong according to her. Something has changed with dry cleaning, my shirts are coming back stained. Maybe a new product is being used? I had to send my white shirts back twice this week. Also, I do not like the new turn around time. You no longer have same day and now it takes 2-4 days.
