I love you guys but HATE that you never have coupons for bedspreads!!
I am assuming this cannot be done at the drive-thru or can it? I use a cane and sometimes a walker. It’s difficult for me to get in and out of my car. Might need to change cleaners if I Cannot handle from my car.

The clerk was rude, stains on my scarf was not removed, even I gave permission second time. One scarf wasn’t ironed even second time. I removed stains myself at home, without ruining scarf. I just waisted money and got upset with service. Terrible expirience
I was happy with the dry cleaning service for years. Everything went downhill when I subscribed to the wash-dry-fold service. I frequently have items returned with missing buttons or small stains, which I recognize is part of any laundering, whether it is done at home or elsewhere. Many of my items such as bathing suits and workout tops have pad inserts, which have also come back with missing pads. Well I brought a shirt with a spot and got it back with same dirt spot and smells very very bad
We have been using your dry cleaner for over 20 years. The last time I received a 15% discount coupon, the clerk forgot to apply it. When she realized that, she came running out to my car and told me not to worry it would be on my account. The next time I went back with dry cleaning, it was another girl and she told me there was no such discount. I am done with Sun country cleaners. I have tried to unsubscribe from your email list. Please do not email me anymore.
Since your automation , I was not pleased with your service. My shirts were wrinkled and the creases on all of my pants were wrong .I paid nearly $200 for this. Therefore, I have decided to go to a different cleaner after being a customer with you for 6 years.
Never received an email when my clothes were ready so I just went on my own a few days after I was told they would be ready. Picked up the clothes and did not get a receipt, there was no one available during the business hours to ask about the receipt and no one answered the phone when I called while standing in the lobby of the cleaners. To top it off, someone else's clothing was mixed in with mine so I had to make a trip back to the cleaners to bring them back.
