hate the new automated system. I changed from another cleaners to you for the personal attention and service. no longer there. I will find another store for my cleaners. Sorry

Larry - Sorry to hear you will be leaving us since the same customer service reps (which I have to agree with you they have outstanding customer service) are still on staff at the store for your personal attention. The beauty of the 24/7 kiosk is it is always there to serve those in need during our non- traditional business hours especially on holidays and Sundays when we would normally be closed. This added feature has been well received in the four counties Sun Country Cleaners serves in the Tampa Bay Area.
Ive been going to Sun Country for a couple of years. I enjoyed the employees and quality of work. I went to drop off several items to discover that the employees are gone and they wanted me to use a new “drop off and pick up system”. Sorry, I’m not interested. I don’t want to risk using a system like this. I took my clothing elsewhere.

I am assuming this cannot be done at the drive-thru or can it? I use a cane and sometimes a walker. It’s difficult for me to get in and out of my car. Might need to change cleaners if I Cannot handle from my car.

I like the idea about the APP for information. However, when I clicked on "The Apple Store" to download the data, there was no action taken. Not sure why? Bob Tomasso
The clerk was rude, stains on my scarf was not removed, even I gave permission second time. One scarf wasn’t ironed even second time. I removed stains myself at home, without ruining scarf. I just waisted money and got upset with service. Terrible expirience
I was happy with the dry cleaning service for years. Everything went downhill when I subscribed to the wash-dry-fold service. I frequently have items returned with missing buttons or small stains, which I recognize is part of any laundering, whether it is done at home or elsewhere. Many of my items such as bathing suits and workout tops have pad inserts, which have also come back with missing pads. Well I brought a shirt with a spot and got it back with same dirt spot and smells very very bad
