Really... been a loyal customer for over 12 years. When I found out that my discount was discontinued & called you, you responded with apathy & disdain. I found another dry cleaners that does their cleaning on premises with 28 years at same location.
my experience was awful. Had problems getting my clothes out. there was no one in the building to help. Thank God some one came in to pick up and helped me. Your seamtress is the best. Only reason why I use you.Called on my phone to get help. no one answered
hate it.I stated before, I like personal servide (drop off and pick up) witht courtious people. my experience with your "computer" was lousy. magnified by a person talking to me as if I was an idiot. I went back to another store with conventional service and smilng clerks
I would like to unsubscribe from emails and you do not enable me to do so. I do not want to use Sun Country cleaners. I do not like all the automation.l
This is the first time I used the 24/7 drop off. Jacaranda Blvd. Venice. Everything was seamless... EXCEPT... I put a note for heavy starch on my shirts. NONE of my shirts have starch... 1/2 of them were labeled MEDIUM STARCH... Your state of the art system doesn't work if your people don't follow directions at the plant. A lot of money per shirt for you to get it wrong...

Not happy want to see a real person. I have been a good customer for five years and had a nice relationship with the young ladies working at the Jacaranda and center street location!.They took extra special attention to my needs. The machine did not even say Hello or thank you! ☹️

Today I tried to use the 15% coupon I received on 1/11 which expires on 1/14. I clicked on "Click here to redeem" and also "Click here to add to account". In both cases I received this message: "Unable to load account". The worker at sun country cleaners #46 could not help me. I tried resetting my password, but that also did not help. I am requesting that you apply this 15% coupon to my claim for a king-size blanket: Nebrija, Wendy submitted today around 3pm.
