It was expensive and not ironed or starched. The expensive jacket looked terrible after being dry cleaned, had there been a clear I would have asked the work be corrected

I dropped my husband ‘s pants off and ask that they be hung by the waist. When I picked them up they were not hung by the waist, the nice young lady said she take them back and once again ask they be hung by the waist. I picked them up again, and again they were not hung by the waist, I give up

I am missing a black sleeveless shirt. For the cost, the items were not pressed and starched I am going to have to take my red blazer to another dry cleaner to have it done correctly. There is no person or phone number to call about my issues.
Really... been a loyal customer for over 12 years. When I found out that my discount was discontinued & called you, you responded with apathy & disdain. I found another dry cleaners that does their cleaning on premises with 28 years at same location.
my experience was awful. Had problems getting my clothes out. there was no one in the building to help. Thank God some one came in to pick up and helped me. Your seamtress is the best. Only reason why I use you.Called on my phone to get help. no one answered
hate it.I stated before, I like personal servide (drop off and pick up) witht courtious people. my experience with your "computer" was lousy. magnified by a person talking to me as if I was an idiot. I went back to another store with conventional service and smilng clerks
