Brought my coat in to be cleaned on Dec 6th. Came to pick it up on the 8th (it was promised on the 7th) to hear that they had to fix something but should be back the following day. I wasn’t able to get back in until the end of the week and still no coat but the manager would call me Monday. I never got that call. I called them about Thursday, Dec 19th to hear that the mgr was out sick, blah blah. Mgr did call me back to apologize, say they had to order a new zipper and should be back early Jan. Yes, you have lost my very best table cloth that was imported from Italy. I have been over there about 7 times. I think the only time you look for it is when I am there standing in front of you. You then offered to give me $40 which was a terrible insult. I am very angry over the way I have been treated and will not return and will also tell all my friends what happened when someone trusts you with their valuables.

The clothes were fine, but the customer service was terrible. Went in to pick up my clothes and a man rang everything up told me my total and then walked away. Didnt give me a receipt, didn’t say anything just walked away. Didn’t hand me my stuff and say have a nice day, just walked over to the customer and started helping them. I then asked “so am I good to go?” No response from any of the 3 employees standing there. Needless to say I will not be back!

Shirts come back with collars and cuffs wrinkled Black smudges at top button Shirts sometimes smell funky. Like you put too many in the load and they are not getting clean Too expensive.

Paid $27 for 3 sweaters and 2 were not clean. This happens often. They offered to redo, however that doesn’t usually work. So as I have done many many many times- took them home and was able to clean by hand with Woolite.
