I received 2 emails and a phone call asking me to pick up my dry cleaning although it had only been a few days since I had dropped it off. I tried to call to inquire about the cost so I could write a check , but got the answering machine. I left a message and after 30 minutes with no response, I called again. I wrote the check for the amount stated by Brittany, but when I gave it to her, she said she had miscalculated and I owed her an additional 50 cents. I brought a jacket in during the sale. I was under the impression it was going to be $5’.98 not $8.98. I was not impressed with the manager who talked with me. I worked with the public and Could not use tone she used with me.

I had my purse cleaned and was told it would be delivered after I was Set up for delivery that never happened. I was then sent to Midlothian store not there I was then sent to short pump and then to Tuckernuck where I left it. I spent 50 in gas for nothing I deserve a refund since it was at the location I left it at originally

They lost my son's favorite tie!
I am satisfied with the cleaning of my garment, but I was told I had a $15.credit, yet when my daughter picked up my garment yesterday, the clerk at the counter said she could not find such a credit. This is the third mishap I have had with Puritans.
