Uniform was initially lost, took two days longer to clean than originally told, phone number was copied down wrong which led to no notification when cleaning was done, and fee was still asked for even after manager said cleaning would be free because of mistakes made. Only the professionalism of the manager and the quality of the cleaning itself kept this from being a one-star review. They lost my sons shirt. Supposed to be ready 2 days before homecoming and now might get it back Mon. Homecoming was Sat. Never again. Had to run out and buy another new shirt for him. Still ticked off.

This comment is based on my dry cleaning experiences across the United States of America. Clearly 3 pieces that are non silk with no ornaments should not cost $29 to clean. Yes the garments were spotlessly clean but $10 per piece is extremely excessive.
