I came a couple minutes after 6 pm. The young lady opened the door and told me she was closed. I asked if I could retrieve my shirts because I needed one for church the next morning. She told me should couldn’t and walked away. I thought you all were open later. Typical service at this location.

2 shirts and 2 pairs of slacks = about $30 ($29 and change). Too pricey for 4 pieces of clothing with no embelishment, beading, special buttons. Gave you second chance. Thanks for confirming we need to go elsewhere.

we don’t use you very often anymore since you stoped greasing Bermuda shorts in the correct way
I was a new customer and left 4 dress shirts to be dry cleaned, the service was great, yet the cost $34.68 was outrageous. When I was given bill, I was shocked, when I questioned it, I was given an apology. There are no pricing posted anywhere and unfortunately, I was not advised of the fees, as a result, I will no longer do business here again.

Been a Puritan Cleaners customer for 30 years. I have been satisfied al these years except my shirts always have trouble with the collars not laying flat. When I complained 20 years I was told my 19 neck will not lay flat on hanger and carrying them in car exaggerates them. All other cleaning is 5 star.
