I took my leather jacket here and it took a long time to get it back. I wasn't too upset and thought it must have been lost. But I got it back and it looked like a NEW jacket!! I could not believe the results, they did not just clean the jacket, they restored it. It had oil stains from my skin on the collar, they were completely removed, the jacket looks great. I was told by the manager that customers that call the store take priority over customers that drive to the store and that are there standing in the store waiting to pick-up their laundry. The manager actually told me to wait that he would be on the phone "awhile" checking this customer's order. I believe that if a customer drives to the store and is waiting to get their laundry then that should take priority over someone that has called-up to check on their orders. Holy Mackerel!!! There’s a reason why there’s no pricing listed on the website…..got babmboozled for $9.00 a pant and $4.00 a shirt and to top it off starch is extra. Thanks but no thanks I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I picked up my cloths but did not receive all of them. Then I get a stupid note THAT I FORGOT MY CLOTHES. I ASKED NORMAN TO RESPOND......NOTHING. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO PURITAN STAPLES MILLS. THEY DONT WANT TO ADMIT THAT WHEN AIMEE LEFT THEY LOST A JEWEL. HAVE YIU NOTICED TGEY ARE THE ONLY PLACE THAT DOESN'T PRITECT US OR THEIR EMPLOYEES DURING COVID I GUESS THEY NEEDED ALL TGAT MONEY TO BUY HAND CRAFTS.... SAD....SAD...SAD....
