Received the notification that my order was ready for pickup. Got there only to find that half of it was not there. Had to make a second trip the next day.

I dropped off. My shirt suit and pants to get cleaned pressed and starched at the Hull street location. The lady told me I would be able to get it the same day. When I went to pick it up only my shirt was ready and they said the delivery truck was running late. I said if I can’t get it the same day then don’t promise customers same day service. Shorts weren’t folded as indicated by my order

For the first time I was very disappointed because a bath mat was not washed. There was no explanation except “ the item could not be processed”. The cashier was great & apologetic, but I feel I should have been called or texted . Since it was not crucial to get it right away, it just sat there. This review is only for this time as I have always been pleased before & will be back!

The length of the dress was not done correctly. It was supposed to be a little above the floor. It is well below the floor. It ruins the entire look and will be very difficult to move in. Additionally, it was not pressed. It looks significantly more crumbled up then before. It was a big and important event for us and Mrs. Martha totally ruined! We never use them again.

Dropped off on a Monday a sport coat for cleaning and button repair, a men’s shirt for cleaning and button repair, one men’s slacks for cleaning and hook repair, and 2 pr leather shoes for cleaning. I was told everything would be ready by Friday, except for the shoes. Great! I arrive Friday evening and the only thing done correctly is the sport coat.
