My first time using Puritan. I specifically asked for light starch and NO Crease and the pants had a ton of starch and a very deep crease , I didn’t realize till I got home.

Doesnt even look my shirts are pressed . Too many wrinkles
Cleaning clothes is good -- however, prices are well beyond most good cleaning firms. Very expensive!

I had a wool coat that had some dog hair on it and put it in for cleaning. When it was returned, it still had dog hair on it. I was disappointed in the service.

Missing a couple pair of my trousers.
I brought a blouse in for an adjustment on the neck. When I picked it up and paid for the alteration. Took it home and when I tried it on I couldn’t get it on over my head! They tried to fix it but could not. Puritain reimbursed me for this brand new blouse. I’m grateful they have such a fair customer service policy! Thank you Puritain!
