I think it's a note on my account, however could you not crease pants without an crease. I have crepe Lyra/ cotton pants that were creased it causes discoloration of the fabric. Thanks
Extremely surprised that linen shirt cost over $9 to wash, and that my bill for 5 shirts was over 21 dollars. NuYale is getting prohibitively expensive.
This is the second time I have tried to bring to the attention of NU Yale customer service about my experience ( or lack there of) on trying to pick up my clothes on a Saturday. Hi Daniel, Thanks for your feedback again. We did see your original comments the Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend and worked to get someone at the store to open in asap. That store was not suppose to be closed that Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend. The employee who was suppose to open the store did not show up on time or call anyone. I had a formal dress cleaned at the Hurstbourne location. The sequins on the dress were discolored following the cleaning. I spoke with a representative which stated that the discoloration was due to the manufacturer. There was no problem with dress prior to the cleaning. I was not informed when I dropped the dress off that there could be a potential problem following the cleaning. I do not feel the management tried to make any resolution to the issue. I only received a letter regarding formal cleaning techniques.

We follow cleaning care labels and use a dry cleaning process that is gentler than any cleaners in Kentuckiana. Brought in two pieces for cleaning that both included wine spots, which I pointed out. Spot is gone from my white t-shirt but not the turquoise pants. No mention was made that you were unable to remove the stain from the pants so I assume it was overlooked. This was the first time using your cleaners, and we are brand new to Louisville. I find the pricing very high but would come back if the workmanship was worth it. I do plan to bring the pants back to see what can be done.
Communication is lacking. Bills aren't itemized in a way a customer can understand. Everything is just called "item" and has different prices without explanation that don't seem to match the price chart. Billing failed to bill me one month so billed for 2 months without warning.
I will preface this with the fact that Stephanie from the Prospect location was awesome. She did the best she could. From the beginning, I had issues. -The first bag I got for delivery looked like it had been run over by a truck. -I had 3 regular cotton shirts that were labeled "Tux shirts and were "Glacier" cleaned at over $6.00 each. -I dropped one of those shirts off to be redone (as a laundered shirt) b/c it was like cardboard. I only use Nu-Yale for sheets. Since the pressing of clothing became so poor at Nu-Yale, I no longer use them for clothing of any kind. Apparently Nu-Yale no longer has any sort of on site management or quality control.
