Hello, I had submitted a comment to have the buttons fixed on my shirt. The buttons weren’t fixed.
They delivered to the Hotel not my Residence, my big green bag wasn't there, the laundry was put in a large clear plastic bag. I did however like that the towels were wrapped in small bundles.
Had new pants hemmed and taken in, the finishing on the hem was poorly done and one of the pants had a hole in the crotch. I ended up fixing everything by hand, after paying over $60 to have it done. I will be finding another tailoring service.

The Nu Yale employee at the Prospect location (on 4/25/2018) is the rudest person I have ever encountered at a dry cleaning location. She has customers wait while she talks on the phone and when you object, she acts like you are the one in the wrong. TERRIBLE!
They are the worst cleaners I’ve ever been to, they destroyed two pair of my jeans and said it was a Manufacture default. I spent 198$ on dry cleaning to have my items destroyed.I was very unhappy and will never return to nu yale cleaners
Can’t think of a thing. Ready when promised, timely notice, friendly counter person, and a clean sport coat. No cleaning fluid odor and no residue of sweat smell.
Had a bunch of shirts pressed but the work was sloppy. Bottom edges were wrinkled, plackets for cuff buttons were wrinkled, and there were some wrinkles pressed into the collars. I won't be having my shirts done at Nu-Yale anymore.
Dropped off my bag at your store on grinstead dr....asked to be delivered. Never told me i had to pick garment at store?? driver had previously said I could leave at store and he would deliver? Also can't login to our account ...tried to change Password but website indicates out zip code (40204) does not match
