Clothes back on time!!
I was charged for a service, but never had anything picked up or cleaned.
Dropped the bag at your store on grinstead dr....asked it be delivered( when the driver dropped off our bag he indicated this would not be a problem)...it was not...picked up at the store. Your associate at the store was not helpful...actually nasty. I could never get a password set up after 2 months of trying
I pay extra for the French cuff shirts. The quality of the pressing on the cuffs is horrible. There are always creases, wrinkles and many times, the cuffs are not pressed evenly creating weird creases when you put cufflinks in. I have mentioned before that I was not happy with the quality of the shirts and it seems to have gone unnoticed.
Don’t put safety pins in my bag, please? My bag had zero holes when I dropped it off and now has 4... May sound petty, but should be pretty obvious to not put holes in the item. Was super disappointed to discover that. Also took a month rather than 2 weeks, but..what can ya do. The safety pin thing is pretty unforgivable for a business that is supposed to improve the item, not devalue it. Won’t be returning.
My table cloth was poorly pressed and folded so that it didn't fit well on the hanger. Did not bring it home but left it for re-processing.
I had to come in twice. My item seemed lost?Its OK because you found it.
Let me know if a pair of shoes is not reparable. I picked up five pairs and did not hear a status aboit the sixth pair I dropped off, whicj, admittedly may have been beyond repair.

Hi Angela, The only pair of shoes I see still being worked on are black Michael Kors heels. Our in-house shoe repair guy said he should have them done today. They should be back to the store later today or possibly Friday at the latest. We have your email on file so you should get an order ready email when its back to the store and they scan it in. 1. Why are some shirts $3ish and others $8ish? The more expensive ones come back on a red plastic hanger. 2. I don't want creases in my jeans or slacks, but I do want creases in my dress pants. Originally, I had to send one pair of slacks back 3 times to remove the creases. Then, my dress pants came back without a crease. I am now sending my pants elsewhere because it just isn't working out. How should this be fixed?
