Took wedding dress due to you all specializing in wedding dress's. Went to pick up dress and beads around the neckline were missing on one side. Guy working said to leave it he would talk to manager and they would take care of it. Next day I received a call from manager stating that they were sorry but sometimes this happens and there's nothing they can do. that my total is 167.00. One of my white dress shirts was returned with what appears to be a scorch mark over the bottom of the shirt pocket. This is a nice quality shirt which now is totally ruined. I had several items in my last group of cleaning, one was this shirt. I did not notice the mark until I went to put it on this past week. I have left it on a hanger and I would like for someone to look at it. Perhaps it is some stain, that did not exist when I put it in to be cleaned. If so, please clean it and return it. This was my first time at Nu-Yale. Not only were almost all of the stain spots still present, they were not marked as being unable to remove, so myself and the worker assumed all of the spots were removed. I get home to realize that almost all of the stains were still present and in addition, the part that is most upsetting is that one of the buttons on the arm was lost! This is not related to my most recent deliver, however this morning I took a shirt out of the plastic bag from a delivery I received back in December and found a rip at the site of the sleeve cuff button.

We have quit the service due to poor customer service from the office. Most recently, a three figure charge appeared on our statement without warning or explanation. No one from the office answered my emails. Finally, the route driver told me it was for back charges that had been missed. That may be so, but we should have been sent something by way of warning. As a business owner I was pleased to see Nu-Yale come to Madison, IN. Unfortunately it has not turned out to be such a great thing in my case. On or around October 21st my wife to my Ralph Lauren sports coat to Nu-Yale to be cleaned a have a button replaced. She explained to them that I was leaving to go out of the country on October 30th and needed the coat. They said no problem. On the 29th she stopped by to pick it up. But no coat. Good service but did not expect an up-charge for certain brands of dress shirts. This additional fee was not explained when I dropped off the shirts. I do not appreciate a seemingly deceptive business practice. I'll take my business elsewhere.
