Your prices are INSANE!!!! We will not be going back. We were charged $108 for only 10 items of clothing. That's absolutely ridiculous. Plus, we were not quoted a price when we dropped off our clothes. Had we known, we would never have dropped off our dry cleaning at Nu-Yale.
I had scheduled for home delivery with Nu-Yale Cleaners. Upon my first pick up, I checked the tap attached to the pick up bad - to have my clothes dry cleaned, pressed, with heavy starch - I did not get what I ordered for $158.00! Not happy about the service, or the expense (Cost). To add insult to my experience, I was not informed what the bill would be until I was charged!

had to redo....crease in pants when ticket clearly indicated no crease
I was charged an extra 4 dollars per garment because of the manufacture. I was not told of this sir charge Prior to dropping off
My suit jacket came back with a rip down the seam in the front and a broken button.
I got a wool coat with a suede collar cleaned. The suede collar was ruined. The suede has been faded in color and looks worn around the edges now. It looks as if someone took sandpaper to the suede and then left it in the sun.
Two of my items didn't seem any cleaner and four of them still had wrinkles :( I've brought items there before and had a decent experience. Not sure what happened this time. One of my skirts, however, was cleaned and had no wrinkles..looked great.

No one has picked up yet. We have been told that someone is coming on Mondays and Thursdays. That has been 2 weeks ago and we have only had bags dropped off.
