I brought in a silk dress with coffee stains. When I picked it up, none of the stains had been removed, and the charge was $15.95. I think this is outrageous. I happen to know that you can wash silk. I brought the dress home, and have completely removed all signs of coffee.. I understand that I asked to have the dress dry cleaned, but if you couldn't clean it, don't you think that charge was a bit out of line? I do. Wish I could write no stars. They advertise they can clean couture and leather believe me they can't I learned the hard way. There ruined my Channel purse and there after probably 5 called there corporate office has not even returned phone calls. The worst experience I've ever had in customer service
On 5/22, I received a confirmation email that I had received a delivery. That email indicated that there was a charge of $9.32. But I didn't receive a delivery that day. So I replied to the email from robin@nuyale.com about the discrepancy. But I never received a response to my email. I'm just waiting for the bill to arrive after the first of the month so I can start to dispute the charge. I've tried to communicate via email with Robin about past discrepancies but I rarely get any response.
I was mis-quoted on my return time. Almost didn't get it back in time. And you were suppose to fix buttons on a sports coat but was not done. And the hem job was uneven. And rude associates.
It's not the delivery I didn't like--it was fine. What I DON'T like is that when I email Ny-Yale Cleaners I cannot get anyone to respond to me. This has happened twice now when I've been looking for missing articles of clothing. I'm emailing Robin@NuYale Cleaners each time. What gives?
Well, first of all, they didn't get the spots off the jacket. Then they presented me with a pantsuit and two shells and a bill for $47+ due. That's ridiculous for a small order! I won't ever bring items back there if that's how expensive they are. I wish the person had told me how much it would be. I rarely have clothes drycleaned anywhere but on Brownsboro Road, and one of them closed. My friend told me NuYale was great, but probalby would drop dead if he knew what you just charged me. I'd really like a credit!
I have been there twice to pick up my wife's jacket and the spots are still there that I keep pointing out.
I was over charged and it was made right. I wanted a press only, was charged for a dry clean and paid for a press. Thank you!
Well....funny you would ask. Last week I set my bag out in the rain at 8:30 which is before they normally come to my house. After a 1/2 hour of it still laying there, I text my driver for a response that they had been by earlier and I would have to wait til next time. My bag was pretty full this time so that meant I was going to be low on clothes for 2 weeks now. They picked up my bag the next time.
