Worst customer service ever. I sent my very expensive wedding dress for preservation and when I received it back, the preservation box was damaged. They asked me to send it back which I did. Took forever to get my dress back only to find out that they didn't include my apartment number in the address so it was lost in shipping and sent back to them! I had to contact them about the issue. Upon receiving my dress, it looked wonderful. However, after a closer inspection, there were a few items that were not quite satisfactory. 1. My hairpiece is not visible through the window of the box. 2. There are some small holes on the plastic seal wrap in the front of the box. 3. My dress is an off-the-shoulder dress but the sleeves are pulled up and towards the back causing 2 pieces of thread to be pulled out of place.

The box came in damaged, the thin plastic screen in the box was torn so my dress is completely exposed. Definitely wasn’t worth the 100+ I spent for preservation and cleaning

I filled out all paper work properly and packaged a check with my paperwork and the check was lost. I then had to pay 29 dollars for a stop payment on a 50$ check.

I won’t use this service through David’s bridal again. Yea it was extremely convenient but my dress looks horrible in the box. My dress is squished up against the window you can’t even tell how pretty my dress is and My personalization was completely wrong. I don’t even want to display it that’s how horrible it looks.
The placement of my dress and veil and other pieces etc is terrible! It looks like someone threw it all in a box and sealed it! I am so heartbroken and making sure nobody uses this company
