My wedding gown looks yellow and it wasn’t perfectly wrapped, so I finished opening the plastic and called numerous times and a lady told me she was going to send me an email so I can send pictures of the way the dress look. My dress arrived crumpled with a staple sticking out of the middle and what looks to be a ribbon hanging at the bottom?? I don’t know what to do other than open it, but I think that defeats the purpose of the shrink wrap :( super bummed!!!!

I purchased the “expensive” or service through David’s Bridal, in store they really made it sound like it would look really pretty, and even showed me an example... for the amount of money I paid, I’m very disappointed. The exterior shipping box arrived smashed, and part of the box showing my dress was also affected by this rough shipping. The box was very cheap all white cheap cardboard i would have paid extra... it was nothing like the pict3i saw

My dress was cleaned which was great. I paid for the addition of writing on the box and did not receive it. The box also came damaged and it is unpresentable.

You were quick with the turn around time, but I have no idea what my dress looks like, it did not fit in the window box. You included a letter with an option of returning the dress again and cutting it up, but I will not do that. So, I am not very happy with the experience I had.
