I purchased the preservation service and the inscription was printed incorrectly on the box. I returned it because my husband name was spelling wrong. I have called several times and no one answered or returned my call. Can someone please get in touch with me at 718-292-0815 so I can inform them that the correct inscription should be: Tracie & David's 10 Year Wedding & Anniversary May 23rd, 2009.

I was excited about having my gown preserved and had heard good things from the workers where I purchased my dress. Fast forward to me actually going through with it and you messing up the job not once or twice, THREE times. I did not even bother sending it back again.

I purchased the preservation service and the inscription was printed incorrectly on the box. They spelled my husband name wrong. I have called several times and no one answered or returned. I'm very disappointed in this service...Terrible. My daughter also had an issue with this company because they use the wrong font and color for her inscription. I just want the service I paid for my gown.

I literally cried when i saw my dress. It looks like you ran in through the regular washing. The lace looks fuzzy. The lace on the straps is frayed. There's red fuzz balls on it. The dress looks darker but that might be the box. The dress form it's on makes the dress look bulky. I love my dress and i cried when i saw the shape of was shipped back to me in. This is the is proof you get what you pay for. I should have known better. I can't even look at my dress without getting sad. This company has ruined my dress.

I purchased a preservation kit through David's Bridal. I took it to UPS with the correct address on the box and UPS sent it back to my home instead of to Memories Preservation. David's Bridal told m I had to contact Memories Gown Preservation for assistance. I tried to get in contact with their customer service department and could not get through on the phone and I emailed but never received an email back... I do not know if the error was UPS or Memories Preservation or David's Bridal but its very frustrating.

I notified Memories that my gown was "flipped up" along the edge. Initially you took the gown back and re did the preservation. It came back worse than it was. I sent an email and held off on giving any ratings. I sent pictures and I explained it was worse. I showed where it was bunched up AGAIN same area and now it had tissue showing between the breast area. Horrible. I wouldn't recommend this company. No one bothered to email me back or call me. The error is not only in making a mistake... it's in not correcting it.

Don’t take your dress to this place! False advertising! They ruined my dress and so many bling came off and missing. When I asked where my stuff is if it fell off and they didn’t know. They should replace my belt and fix it and said they are not responsible once you sign and send it to them. They are Shaddy! So disappointed and hurt as it’s ruined and looks bad missing all the bling.
