My experience with your company has been absolutely terrible. Your company lost my dress and sent me another brides. I reached out to you several times via telephone, email and social media without a single reply back. After my dress being missing for 3 days and me attempting to get ahold of anyone with zero contact back, someone finally answered my phone call. Why did you not care that you had two missing dresses? They spoke to me saying that they were going to re-grease my dress that they couldn't do it because it was too big and it didn't fit in the box and I told them if I could wash it that I didn't care about the box I just wanted the dress clean and they didn't help me and the worst thing that not even the money has returned to me I am unsatisfied

I paid $100 for a box from David's Bridal to be shipped to me so I could ship my dress in said box to this Memories Gown Preservation location in Houston, TX in July to have it cleaned and returned to me. After a month passed without anyone reaching out to me, I contacted them and they said they'd shipped the dress already but I obviously hadn't gotten it. Recibí mi vestido sucio pues se ve la difencia de la parte se arriba (busa) y la parte de abajo (falda). Ya hice la llama correspondiente segui las indicaciones de mandar fotografías y mis datos hace más de una semana y es momento que aun no recibo una respuesta

Worst place to send your dress. They completely trashed the bodice of my dress the first time. Sent it off a second time and now the sash is missing!

DO NOT USE! I bought the wedding dress preservation kit from David's Bridal and Memories Gown Preservation is their contracted company that you ship your dress to and they complete the job. Very disappointed with their work. Got my dress back and it was uneven in the box, the tissue paper was coming out of the breast area, there were multiple strings/fuzzy's all over the dress and also a few areas where lace was coming off of the material., and was just very bunched up looking....all of which was not like this when I turned... read more

This company does not believe in customer service. I preserved my wedding dress with them and within a short period of time mold was growing in the case. I called and emailed they never get back to me. please never use this service.
These people are very hard to get a hold of I've call all most every day and left a voicemail. Say's they will call back in 24 hours it's been 4 days. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I'VE SENT MY DRESS TO THEM 3 TIMES. AT THIS POINT I DON'T WANT THEM TO TOUCH MY DRESS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
I will not recommend them to anyone I've sent my wedding to the twice. Both times I got my dress back it look like crap. I even had to send them WHITE RIBBON because they don't have any. You do wedding dresses that are MOSTLY WHITE. If it comes back looking like crap again I'll be getting my money back I'll gladly go somewhere else and spend more money to have my dress look better!!!!!!
