We received our dress back but we’re not pleased with it. First off, there are black hairs in the dress and vail right in the front. My wife has blonde hair so they are not hers, plus this was supposed to be cleaned. The box has marks on it right where the printing was done so it looks bad. The corners of the display box are dented in and we know this wasn’t from shipping because the shipping box is/was fine. FYI (I don’t know who assisted me but I couldn’t send this review without putting someone’s name in…..)

I sent my gown out to be cleaned and instead it was preserved before I even had the chance to even wear it

The first time you sent me the dress, it looked like a toddler boxed it up. Someone put the veil OVER the dress so that you couldn’t even see the dress. The hanger was shoved in the corner and you couldn’t tell what it was. I sent it back. The second time the veil was under the dress so that you couldn’t see it at all and the jeweled belt was sideways on the dress. I didn’t think it was going to get any better, so I kept it. Okay David bridal didn’t do a great job sending out the right box over to me to ship it to memories but I am going to say when I did get that issue resolved. The dress came back cleaned and pressed (no preservation) as requested. It came out like new. All the grass stains off. All the dirt stains off as well. Makeup stains was cleaned off. No beads missing. I am truly happy to have spent 100$ on this cleaning if your thinking about sending out your dress. Do it!
My box was broken upon arrival and my dress is not straight in the box. It looks like it was thrown in there without much care. On a positive note, what I can look super clean!
Once I received my dress back one of the corners was damaged and the bottom of my dress is bunched up and not smooth like it should be.

I had to send my dress back 3 times due to the spelling of my name and the last time they put Mrs. & Mrs. . This was a ver frustrating experience.
