I do not recommend this company. I've had nothing but problems. First I sent it in, items were missing. 2nd time belt was place sideways, beads were turned upside down, got it back it had dirt inside the box, dog hair. Asked for a refund they said yes but i have gotten nothing but a run arround. Wad told i needed the receipt saying i bougght it. I got it as a bridal shower gift so have no receipt. I asked them to just refund me for the customized stuff i paid extra for but no one is returning emails or phone calls anymore. I... read more

My gown was shipped to an incorrect address. Now it was returned and I am still waiting a new tracking number. It has been taking a while ! I expected a better service.

I wish I could give zero stars. I sent my dress and received a confirmation email. Months later I received an email asking for a review but I never received my dress nor any tracking information. I only got a voicemail asking me to call because there was a question about my dress. I have called and left a voicemail three times and have never received a call back. Cardboard flap hangs down at neck. Opening to view dress not large enough. Ribbon across front to keep dress in place distracting.

Words can not express how deeply disappointed I was with my gown cleaning and preservation. I purchased the kit from David's Bridal and followed the directions included. I opted to pay the extra 50$ for the premium preservation, which included the personalization (I had been excited for this to have names and date and all on the box), storage box with handle, and premium services. This is the most irresponsible and unprofessional company. Their method of payment is outdated. They provide a form for you to fill-in your credit/ debit card information which you must then send off with your dress. Their misuse and neglect to safeguard my card information caused it to fall into the wrong hands. They refuse to accept responsibility and I am still dealing with the ramifications of their actions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY STOLE MY DRESS. I sent in my dress about 6 months ago to the site because it was recommended to me by a friend. The four to 6 weeks estimation time is not accurate from our experiences, since her dress took almost 4 months to arrive back to her and I mailed my dress in 6 months ago and have still not received it. I sent in my gown to be preserved and my gown was sent to someone else. After numerous attempts of speaking to someone I was unable to have direct contact with someone who would assist me. I have not received my dress and accessories. This has been a horrible experience and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I sent in my wedding dress in September, never received emails/updates about my dress. Finally reached out after the cut off time and was told UPS lost it. UPS reached out to me and said they did not have my dress. I was told they would refund me the amount of my dress and said they sent it a month ago. I have no received it. I’m starting to get frustrated and really upset that this is still going on for 4 months. The lady I speak to is nice but isn’t helping me now.
