my wife just now received her wedding dress for the second time. the first time the jacket was not placed correctly, the ribbon holding the dress in place was over the beading, did not match the dress color, and you could see the top flap of the box from the window. somehow this compony fucked it up even worse the second time around. to start it looks like someone put the dress in the box, jumped on it a few times and then closed the box. there is a piece of tissue paper covered the top half of the dress, not sure why this i... read more

Unfortunately the box was damaged including the inside box which housed the wedding gown. So I have a crushed box and multiple attempts to reach this company have resulted in no call back.

This review is strictly about the customer service offered. I sent my wedding gown and veil in to be preserved in April. A few weeks later I called because I had yet to receive my gown back, and they said that per UPS it had been delivered several weeks earlier. At this point I'm sad because I've lost an heirloom, but I still am very understanding because I understand that this was no fault of the company. I give 1 star not because the 2 dresses I have preserved were not beautiful, they were. The reason is I have called 3 times and sent an email and no ones bothers to call me back or email me back. I paid for premium service to have both my daughters dresses have their name personalized on the boxes, 1 had the name 1 did not. I am trying to get a call back to see how this can be addressed as I want to give the dresses to my daughters at the same time but 1 with a name and 1 without is not ideal. I am very disappointed how my weeding dress turned out. It is very hard to get a hold of someone who I can talk to about getting it fixed the way it should look.

My belt was torn off from where it was actually sewn on at and my sleeves of the dress were just loosely left so they are in weird places in the box. I wanted to display it but I’m embarrassed by the poor quality job that was done.

Customer service does not exist in this company. They don’t really care for the customers. They hung on me twice when trying to clarify why they wanted to charge extra. I bought this kit from David’s Bridal I don’t recommend this company at all. They are very rude , and they don’t give the service as described in the website. And now they don’t want to send my veil back with the dress because they said they can’t. Unbelievable. Im dealing with David’s Bridal now because they are the ones who sold me the kit. I was overcharged for the services I chose to have done for my gown preservation. I called and spoke with a woman with your company, sent emails with proof of being overcharged and was assured I would be refunded the money I was overcharged and it has been long past the date I was told it would take to receive a refund. I reached out via phone, left voicemails and emails and have been Ignored for almost 3 weeks now. Absolutely unprofessional.
