I reached out to try to send my dress back. I was a return label, but cannot get a box for the dress. I reached out to the local David bridal store and they could not help me either. To have the dress fixed a box should be provided due to it being the company's fault. The box would easily cost over $10 due to the size. I have already paid for the dress to be cleaned and preserved. Poor customer service.

Don’t take your dress here! They ruined my dress and said it happens and won’t do anything about it! Said I have to repair and pay for it myself as my dress is discontinued and not available. They say they are professional and experienced. Don’t listen to them as not the case! They don’t don’t stand by there work. I asked them to give me my crystals, beads, bling thats off my dress and doesn’t have a answer for that. Help! What do I do?!

Where do I start?! I waited 7 years for this reason! I was terrified and hesitant that it would get ruined! I had my dress custom made and blinged out front to back and when I sent it off did not look like that. I even took pics before I sent it off for this reason! I called many times before I shipped it out to get resurgence that dress would be ok and in one piece and not get ruined. They kept saying how professional and experienced there team was. Hello, I'm sorry to give such a bad review especially since I talked to such a sweet customer service representative, but when I received my dress it was turned yellow. I bought my dress from graceloveslace.com and it is the Sol dress. It has a light brown/nude first layer of the dress. The purpose is to show make the lace pattern pop, but when I received the dress in the mail the entire brown/nude first layer was completely yellow. I am currently returning it to see if it can be fixed.

I got my dress back from MGP and there was fuzz on the dress. I called MGP and left a message. After two days they called me back and said I could send my dress back to them and they would re-clean it and re-package it. After the second clean I received my dress back and it is still the same with the fuzz on the front of the dress. Now they refuse to call me back or offer any solutions regarding my dress.

We had to return the dress because my daughter saw some dirt on it and we couldn’t see the bottom of the dress through the window to see how that cleaned up. We were concerned because if we are paying for the preservation we want reassurance that the dress was clean. We were not contacted that it did not clean up but what if we opened it in 20 years and the bottom was still filthy. Disappointed we couldn’t view the bottom. Paid upgrade fee . Was expecting a pretty silver box . Not a plain white one with David's bridal written on side

Ordered the gown preservation kit through David's Bridal. My dress was already 10 years old and I never had it cleaned or stored properly after the wedding, but due to a move, I decided better late than never! I paid for the upgraded service to include the specialized printing on the box and I could not be more impressed with the result. My Vera Wang gown looked as new as it did on the day of my wedding and the preservation with the veil exceeded my expectations. The box seems well-sealed and should last a lifetime.
