This has been the worse experience I have had dealing with any purchase or company. For one, you can NEVER reach anyone. This company has lost my dress and cannot recover it. It has been 6 months since I sent it my dress and nothing has been resolved. A month ago they said they will put in a request for a refund. To no surprise, nothing has happened with that and I have not received any updates. Do NOT trust your dress to this company!!!! I have spent a lot of money on my dress and to get this service. They didn’t dry clean it. I paid all this money at David’s bridal for the kit and this company told me they couldn’t find the cleaning instructions on the dress so they couldn’t do it. I am so pissed that they couldn’t reach out to the company who made the dress and see if the could get something! Don’t use this company!

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!! My Gown had to initially be returned because there was a misspelling on the box. Even worse, when it arrived the dress was leaning terribly to the right inside the box! The Preservation looks amateur and quite frankly just sloppy! I sent it back once and guess what It’s STILL LEANING TO THE RIGHT and is incorrectly attached to the bust! I am very frustrated with this company. I have reached out several times regarding the billing as they over charged me. I paid extra for the color personalization and when I got my dress back I saw there was no color as I was charged for. I reached out to them and they text me back but when I explained how I should be refunded for the extra I paid for the additional color personalization they stopped responding. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I sent them my dress in May, and it was delivered on May, 12th. This company has lost my dress and they refuse to respond to any of my inquiries. They are trying to blame the lost dress on UPS. I was told that their deliveries require a signature but that is a lie. Per the pre-paid shipping label that THEY provide, the dress ships UPS ground which does not require a signature. I have been trying to get an answer for a week now. The tag clearly states that accessories would be visible in the window. When I got my dress back my handmade garter from my aunt's dress was MIA. I didn't want to open it to void the preservation. I went back and forth about sending the dress back. They said they sent a box, but they never sent a box (I confirmed with UPS), they then told me to send the dress in the preservation box and wrap it in brown paper. I send the form with correct spelling and the send wrong spelling instead of Samir Sarsour the send lamir larsour not happy after I paid $50 extra I like everything else

They put my dress in full risk. The cleaning of my dress was fine, but they sent my dress to another state, and they didn't notice the mistake. Lucky for me, I got a message from the person who received my dress. I had to travel three hours to get my dress. When I contacted Memories Gown preservation support, I was not well attended, they didn't give me any support, I'm still waiting for my refund and nothing. Very disappointed
