The belt of my dress was placed much higher than it should have been. Extremely disappointed in the final result.

Laziness to input my full information cost me my wedding dress. And to top it all off customer service didn’t even seem surprised that my provided email was not input in their system! The employee who unpacked my dress and input my form information into the system neglected to include the provided email address. The dress form makes my dress in the box crooked in the bust. Also a previous repair along the waist line looks like it is torn. It was fixed before the dress was mailed to be preserved. The box the dress came in is not very sturdy and cracked when removing it from the packaging. Overall, seemed like a poor job was done. I wish I could see if the dress came clean also.

I am so disappointed in this service. The dress is held in by an ivory ribbon and my dress is soft white (it’s very noticeable). The dress looks frumpy, like the ribbon is the only thing keeping the dress in place. It’s obvious that this service is not for plus sized brides. The dress isn’t centered in the box. My order was processed incorrectly, I received no personalization, and it appears that I received the tissue paper wrapping instead of the museum quality muslin though it is difficult to tell without removing the plastic wrapping and examining it closer. They did reach out to address the issue, but I honestly don't feel comfortable sending my dress through the mail again to get the personalization done, and there's no clear way to tell if the premier preservation steps were actually completed since some of the included items... read more

My sash was not displayed in the box and I have no idea if it's missing. I got an email saying to send a picture of what it looks like so I'm guessing it was missplaced somewhere. I did send a picture and no one responded back to my email with assistance and I've called many times and no one can help me. I was charged for it. I waited nearly 2 months to receive this and I'm so disappointed, it's not how I envisioned it at all. Really sad.

I’m sure the dress came clean although I have no way to know that but the display is pretty bad. The dress is in the box sideways so it looks like it’s looking to the left. Also the satin ribbon holding it in is not straight. It’s just not a very good display and I’m pretty disappointed.
