AVOID THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE I paid for the dress to be shipped back to me. Instead it wound up a UPS facility and I was very rudely told over the phone to drive and go get it and nothing would be done from their end. So unprofessional, go with any other company!

Wish I could give them one star. Considering they’re holding an innocent woman’s gown and won’t send it back to her because Bed Bath and Beyond owes them money is insanity. Do better.

You're blowing up in WMUR for your terrible business practices and holding a bride-to-be hostage between your battle with Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Don't drag a bride into this. Shame on you!

My WooToo Waters Viola gown was essentially ruined through this company. The whole lace hem on the bottom is coming off, lace appliqué is coming all over, snags and frazzled top layer and on the tulle, button missing. It has to be replaced for my September wedding.

I sent in my dress and did not hear back until I reached out to ask where my dress was. I did receive it within 2 weeks after this, but there is now pink staining on the back of my dress (was definitely not there when I sent it in), and they removed several beaded accessories and did not return them to me. They have been unresponsive to calls, emails, online chats, and texts. They also put in their disclaimers that since you cannot put a value on "sentimental value" they do not consider that in replacement costs. Just awful.... read more

I was very disappointed with their services. I’ve sent my bridal gown(very precious to me) to them with full of excitement knowing they’ll preserve and clean it for me. I’ve paid for the whole preservation kit with personalized box. After almost two weeks after they received my package I got a call from a lady worker saying they cannot fully clean my gown due to some issues(beads turned yellow) but they can still preserve and put it in a customized box so I was fine with it. I bought my kit from David's Bridal it was called a Forever Kit. Not memories Kit. I wasn't aware that David was using a third party. Memories gown said they received my dress and said my dress will be completed 8-10 weeks. After 10 weeks I called and Priscilla said my wedding dress wasn't in the box and there was a heating pad and remote. They could have called me right then and there or called Davids bridal for my info. She told me to call UPS to start a claim and she will get a hold of them as well.
