I wanted a button sewed back into my pants. Came back in a day - without the button sewn on. They took it back and said it would be ready tomorrow. 4 days later - I go in. Not ready. They call other store that's says it will be here later today. I go in tomorrow - no pants. I go in following day - finally there. And they charge me full price! "Sorry for your inconvenience." R. Worst dry cleaning experience I ever had the guy told me oh we didn't get your stains out so what you can leave your clothes here and we'll throw them away. Never go here!
I did ask for no starch on the business shirts, and they came back lightly starched. I won’t be having shirts done often, but if you keep records on clients, please make a note of no starch on men’s shirts. And I have to admit, I am a little puzzled about the multiple receipts and looking at my next Visa bill will tell me if this is just a complication that I don’t want to bother with.

Juliette, Thank you for your review and I have adjusted your starch preference to no starch. In terms of the receipts, we typically print out one receipt for each order. An order will never be more than three pieces as the garments will get wrinkled within the poly bag cover. It’s been awhile since having my clothes dry cleaned so paying $9 for a pair of pants took me by surprise, but the biggest disappointment came when I went to wear them. The center pleats were gone! I’ve had this issue before on several occasions at MD to the point where they noted it in my file but apparently this location didn’t have it noted. If the pants have center pleats at drop off, why can’t there be pleats at pickup?

Excellent, on time service. Quality cleaning. Seamless service with pick up and delivery. The driver who works my route always has a smile and a kind word .
Way over priced
Zoe was not aware my clothes were set aside. She let me know the 90 day policy and that my clothes end been donated. Her communication was matter of fact and lacked any empathy. She did call back to apologize and confirm my clothes were still there.
