Quality of cleaning seems fine and service was good on first visit. However, I was somewhat taken back at the pricing and will probably use MD for the high quality pieces in our wardrobes only.

I have been a customer for many years. I like your green chemicals. I have not had many complaints. My clothes come back looking good. My garments hold up well where as at other cleaners they seemed to wear faster. I like Teresa. She is always friendly and professional.

I was missing, I thought a jacket from my pickup from the cleaners. I immediately telephoned David Makepeace and requested he contact the store on Falls of the Neuse and Litchford as many of the staff are so friendly and know me by name. They not only found that one piece but two other pieces I overlooked. Medlin Davis provides great customer care from having exceptional employees!
