Brought a set of motorcycle racing leathers to be cleaned, and was told it would be 3 weeks (date was confirmed on receipt) so I went back on March 11th, and the gear wasn't ready, I was told it would be there on March 18th at 5 pm. I showed up at 5:03, and was informed my gear still wasn't ready. The owner shows up a few minutes later and says it was just delivered to Cameron Village. This was my second visit to Medlin Davis. The first resulted in my husband's slacks coming back with stains that were not there when I brought them in to be cleaned. I brought this to the clerk's attention and asked to have them redone at no charge. She apologized and said it would be taken care of. I picked them up and was told the amount I owed, so I had to explain that this was a redo for something they caused. She apologized and gave them to me at no charge. Attendant was slow to get my order ready. It seemed to be a product of the carosel and the seemingly wide separation of the three items I had on the carosel. Attendant was polite. BTW, broken buttons on my higher end shirts is still a sporadic problem.

Dropped off a man's suit on Tuesday around 1pm on Jan 5 at MD bent tree. Was promised the suit by Wednesday at 5 . Arrived at store at 520 and was told the van was on the way at that time from Wakefield and expected to be there by 6 . Went back to store at 6 , no van. Clerk called Wakefield again to find out what time the van would arrive and was told " he was on the way" . Went back at 630 and stayed there until the van arrived at 7:20 . The customer service was excellent, however, all my clothes had a packed away odor to them and I returned 3/4 to be cleaned again. Though I was not charged, I probably won't return.

Apparently one of my shirts was tagged as damaged before it was laundered. The issue was never brought to my attention, and I did not see the tag until after I got home. It's possible that I missed a tear before I took it to the cleaners, but I wish I had been contacted before it was cleaned. I would have skipped having it laundered. Not the best first impression, but I understand mistakes happen.
