The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I got my shirts back they came back exactly the way I wanted . My bulk laundry came back neatly folded . I am very satisfied.

I dropped off a king size chenille bedspread and a queen size comforter to be cleaned. I was told to pick them up on Thursday. Today is Saturday and I went to pick them up. The king size white chenille spread was ready for pickup, but the gal behind the counter could not find the queen size comforter and suggested I check back on Monday...

Our experience has been excellent. Staff is always pleasant, suggesting helpful ways to take care of clothing or quilts. Teresa is particularly helpful, willing to do something extra is necessary.
