Store was closed before it was supposed to be. I was supposed to get 30% off as a first time customer. Over charged.
Your cost are very high. Adding cost for pleated pants vs. plain does not work for me. 7 pieces at a cost 70.00 seems too high.
I first used the Cameron Village location in January 2019 after moving to Raleigh. I was very disappointed to hear from the Falls of Neuse location this week that I had never been signed up for the $10 off program when I spend $309. Why would anyone need to be signed up for that?!? My biggest issue though is with the prices. I will launder and press my own clothes moving forward because you’re not providing a viable alternative.

Spots still in dress after cleaning. Asked to re-clean. Went to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. Went on vacation. Returned three weeks later and it was there. Stains out but it surely is expensive. I’ll still use you for my good things, hoping that they don’t get lost in the system. Thank you.
Have been a customer for many years. Brought 13 slip covers in for cleaning. Have done so several times before. When I picked them up last Wednesday (31 July), the cost was significantly more than in the past. Upon examining the receipt, it was clear that the sofa cover (the most expensive) was charged twice. Problem with two white shirts, both turned grey. Returned and problem was solved except they billed me again for their mistake. Sure they will fix the bill....
