I don’t think I should have paid anything. First time I came to pick it up, I gave it back because this was a brand new Kasper jacket and it looked a mess! Didn’t even get a call from the manager. Second time I went in, I paid… took it and will never go back!😱

I gave them 8 shirts, one of was a silk shirt to be dry cleaned They were supposed to also make sure to get the neck area.They washed and starched the silk shirt & did not get the neck area cleaned on the other 7.
I brought in three suits to be dry-cleaned after being cleaned by another establishment. I told the young lady that I needed them re-cleaned because the previous co. had used some product with a heavy fragrance. My profile in their computer states “No Scent” as it does in yours if the young lady followed my instructions and yet, after all of that, my suits were returned with a fragrance in them. We use a dry cleaning solvent called Greenearth that is odorless and is the most gentle and hypo-allergenic on the market. Gave instructions and were nit followed
Crease in the middle of my expensive one of a kind tie very disappointed.
I dropped off my daughters choir out ok it on Saturday. Before I came I called to be sure it could be picked up Monday morning. I was told yes, Monday by 10 am. I dropped it off, and again in person confirmed that this would be ready Monday morning bc it had to be to my daughter’s school Monday. I was again told yes. I arrived Monday at approximately 10 am and was told it was not there and would be there by 5. You took a tough stain off my dress thank you
As usual there was a problem either about pickup or return of my dry cleaning. It’s been about 3 weeks since I left my beige throw in the foyer at Waltonwood retirement community in your bag with a note attached to it with my name and contact information. I called to say it was there. I just got my throw back yesterday. In the meantime I left messages asking where it was and had two conversations about my throw. Where was it?
