I just relocated to the area and this was my first trip to your company. The leg seam on one pair of trousers was wrinkled. For a premium priced dry cleaner, I honestly expected more.
I was surprised with the cost of laundering shirts. I choose Medlin Davis as my regular cleaners was closed. I tried the 30% off Thursday, assuming I would have a "good" deal. When I arrived Thursday afternoon I was surprised with a bill that appeared not to reflect a 30% discount. I asked the salesman at the counter and he couldn't explain. Clothes were fine. However the guy at the desk complained about his Managers the whole time I was picking up my order (Monday). Not a good representative for MD.
Customer service was great. I am very disappointed that a stain remains one of the pieces. I did not notice until I got home.
Very expensive and it didn’t even take the smell out of the jacket like I requested.

The price was higher than I expected, my shirts and dresses were not pressed, at other Dry Cleaners I do not have to ask. I was told by the young lady at the front 3 shirts were upcharged, I should have been told about that prior too. Also, my shirts had armpit smells on them, like nothing was truly done to them. I travel weekly for work, I was going to be a weekly customer. I have to get my shirts re-cleaned. Very disappointed!
Horrible horrible horrible, the young lady up front name Ashley was very rude and very unprofessional, then I was told I had until 8 to pick up my clothes to drive out there and find out they closed at 7. They will not get any more business for me
