When I drop off my clothes to be dry cleaned, Teresa makes a wonderful effort to make sure the cleaning is done the way I want it. When I put the cleaned clothes on, there are no surprises.
We are very pleased with Medlin-Davis at Bent Tree! All great attitudes, great cleaning, and great service. We appreciate the extra details to match suit pants to jackets, fold dress shirts as requested, and return collar stays. You've never lost any of our clothes or sent us home with someone's else's clothes. Thank you!
The staff are always very friendly and take care of our order quickly. Very high quality cleaning, and fast turnaround. I appreciate the ability to attach a payment to my account, which makes pick up even easier.
Staff is very professional and polite. I like the fact that you recycle the plastic bags that protect clothes. My only suggestion is that this courtesy should be noted on the customer's clothing ticket and on a sign posted in the store. You should be proud that you are an environmentally friendly store!
