I recently moved into Waltonwood Lake Boone on Horton Street, Raleigh 27607. My phone number is (919) 830-5665. I just received my first installment of laundry (sheets& pillow cases) back from being laundered, and I am missing two sets of Pottery Barn pillow cases. I’m on a different route now than I was previously, so I now have a different driver. Please contact me as to what can be done.

Sent 15 min alert text prior to arrival. Attendant did not hear me enter building, had to call out. She came out phone in hand and carried on a conversation the whole time I was there. Order had not been pulled. Had to ask my name twice. Not the end of the world but not your usual level of service. Hangers and garments still had “crease” tags. Pleased to see non-painted hangers.
The attitude I experienced at the Raleigh store was quite off putting, I’m sorry to say. I’ve been a good customer for years and never experienced such an attitude and la k of knowledge, etc.
I paid almost $80 for my dry cleaning and three of my coats were very poorly done and had to be redone. I was extremely disappointed because this was my first time at this particular location and the work was extremely poor much worse than I would have gotten at a discount Cleaners. I expected more from the name.Medlin Davis.
I took a dress in with spots, show the person all the areas. It came back with just have of the spots gone.
You guys continue to miss buttons and still missing an Oxford that I just gave up on years ago - been a client for years but nothing is done when I comment …. Here I go again ….
Worst dry cleaner experience... The employee could careless about me as a first time customer. The rudest part was that I had just had hand surgery and I had a full bag full of clothes. She would not offer to help and said that I had to count the items. I asked if she could help me. She gave me such an attitude... Plus, after I picked up the cleaning, they forgot 3 of my shirts. Very disappointed
