Our church had wanted to try Medlin Davis since we have so many events and need to find cleaner. We had 9 table cloths that needed to be cleaned and had hoped to have them out on hangers. But the price was so high for you to put them on hangers that the girl talked us into wash and fold. But when I picked them up they were not really folded well at all and more balled and stuffed in two bags. I had to take them home and redo them to get the horrible wrinkles out . I brought in a queen size comforter and 2 pillow shams to be cleaned and pressed. Took a week to get them back, which really wasn't the problem. When I got home and took the comforter out of the bag, it was wrinkled a hundred times more than it was when I brought it in. Doesn't look like it had been pressed at all. I took it back and was told "it depends on how it was cleaned." What does that have to do with anything? I appreciate your efforts to clean my favorite dress but was very disappointed that you were unable to remove the stains. I wish I was told when I dropped it off that there was the possibility that the stains may not be removed. I paid $29.00 for nothing.

Laundry service was fine. Communication was rotten. When I heard nothing by email as I was told I would, I stopped by to check on the latest day I was told the laundry would be ready. It was ready and may have been ready earlier for all I know. At pick up I was informed that I never gave my email! I not only gave it, I spelled it out completely!! That is poor customer relations to say the least. I can not recommend your service.

We had my daughter's beautiful but simple wedding gown pressed. It was a crêpe silk material and everything looked perfect while it was under the plastic wrapper. We picked the dress up the day before the wedding and took great care in transporting it home by bringing a large car so that it could be completely extended with no possibility of wrinkling the material. I brought in a leather purse to be sent off & cleaned. I came by once after the due date & was told it wasn't back & I would be called when ready. After another month, I called in & was told it couldn't be cleaned. After 7 weeks, still don't have a clean purse. Very disappointing.

The quality of the actual dry cleaning was what I was looking for. The customer service was not what I would expect. I was told that my tuxedo, tuxedo pants, suit jacket and suit pants would be ready for pick up Monday after 5. When I arrived on Monday, the person working the desk told me the suit pants were "held for a repair." When I asked what that meant, this person told me it probably meant a button was loose. The job was well done but The cost which wasn't given to me until the heming was complete was more than twice what I've paid to other local tailors in the Raleigh area. Also the cost to hem a pair of pants was the same as the cost to repair one hem in another pair of pants. I will not patronize this dry cleaner again.
