You are too expensive. I will not be returning.
I was a little disappointed in the service. I brought in my husband's dress shirt, asked for medium starch and that it be "folded" (ready for a trip). I watched the clerk pin on the "fold" tag yet when I picked it up it was on a hanger.
Garments came back clean but a lack of advertised pricing and the fact that nobody told me what my total would be left me with sticker shock when I got my bill. $36 to clean 3 items!!! I did get the bill reduced but only to $28.95. I won't be back, way too overpriced.
$3.35 per shirt for laundry is too much by at least a $1.00. Service was not quick. The service person had to look in 3 different areas for my 7 shirt order.
Thought the price was a little to much
Several items of clothing were stolen from me....so'i no longer use kona cleaners....
Worst experience ever. They list two of my items and it took over 2 weeks to get an answer. They finally said they found them, my husband went to pick them up, and had only one of the two items. I tried to call then, but apparently it was too close to closing time. I was put on hold until 6:59, then they hung up on me. I called back and got voicemail. Their customer service is HORRIBLE!

The front was not steamed correctly. This is a graduation gown and the front creases were crooked. It was like the person purposely put a large wrinkle in the front. Very disappointed. But the customer service person was AWESOME. Very friendly and kind.
