I’ve tried setting up a pick up on line but despite getting emails telling me “Sandra” will be coming by no one showed up. Yesterday I called and set up a pick and was assured they would come. Today mid morning I once again called (left a voicemail) because no one came. In the evening I once again called and was told that they received my voicemail and that they spoke to the driver who confirmed they would pick up. It is now 8pm and no one picked up. That means my dry cleaning bag hung on my door all day.
stains left on suit. issue acknowledged by employee but no refund offered..I was asked to bring suit back or leave it for further cleaning. I needed the suit the next day so I could not leave it. I had to get some of the stains out myself.
I wish I read reviews before going to this horrible place. I brought two of my chefs coats for work to get them cleaned and starched. I brought them in at 12 PM. I need a big coats by 10 AM the next morning, and they told me that they could rush them. I left and then received a text at 3:30 PM saying that the coats were ready. I refused to pay for this when I saw that the stuffing in this item was all bunched together after it was cleaned! I told the man who showed it to me after it was cleaned that it didn't cost as much as the dry cleaning was going to cost! Will you PLEASE STOP sending me these emails! I do not want the comforter anymore! Throw it away!! PLEASE...PLEASE!!
This order was supposed to be same day service. Wasn't ready till next day. Needed for an event that night. Very disappointed.
