Didn't get the stain out and was told when I dropped it off that it didn't look like it would be difficult to remove stain...dress looks laundered not dry cleaned...

The price of cleaning this comforter was more than I paid for it! I told the man who waited on me to keep it.. I will buy a new one for less money.

Ok the jeans are done but the lady didn't give my money back . I don't understand but it's ok no the stain didn't come all the way out , only working here for 4 weeks and this was the closest cleaners to the company house will have to go further next time. Thanks Kal

I had come to you guys for a few months and everything was great. I have custom fitted shirts due to my size which cost me a lot. I had a blue checkered shirt that was left with a brown fade all over the shirt and it was ruined. The shirt was $120 and i did not get a reimbursement :( Everything up to this point was wonderful.

Clothes were cleaned but not completely pressed... I had to iron the areas on the blouses near the stitching on arm areas.

It frustrates me that you provide me with coupons/incentives that expire before I can use them. Either don't give me a reward or give one with a longer expiration date, or even better, one with out an expiration date.

First of all I do appreciate that my clothes were ready next day and that I was able to pick them up on Sunday. I did also appreciate the text message when my clothes were done. Unfortunately, I wasn't to pleased with the cleaning itself. The creases on my pants were not straight and not to the same level on each pant leg. And 2 of my pants looked like I just pressed them after just having worn them. They were still wrinkled on the legs where I sit. Also, very expensive. I was told they could get the spot out of my shirt , And repair the hole in my jeans. and nothing was done and I was charged 17.00 the shirt was sent back twice and the spot was still their will be back Saturday to pick up . this is very sad if you could not do it just tell me

I'm all about saving money and excellent customer service. I wish I would have known that the only time you can use a coupon or get the $5 credit was at drop off. When I dropped off my items I wasn't informed nor did I scope out the shop looking for this info. When I picked up my items the lady told me the sign is there and didn't I read it. Said couldn't give me the discount even if she wanted to because she'd have to make a call to change the total.
