Every time I call to set up a pick up date, the driver never shows up and my stuff sits outside all day. I will call to find out what happened and they set up another pick up day. This last time I called, the driver never showed up. I called and the actual driver called me the next day. He said he would come by for sure and apologized for the mistake. Problem is...he still never showed up!!! My stuff sat outside 2 days in a row! I am done with you guys....you are unreliable and I am not happy with your company.
Good customer service at drop off. When I picked up the dress on Sunday, the gal wasn't very friendly, didn't smile or greet us. I'll still do business with you, in the end, the price was fair with the alteration.
I brought in a brand new pair of white pants to be hemmed. I researched places on yelp hoping to get the best service even if it cost a little more because I got these pants for a really important trip. They were returned to me with beige stains all over. I had to take them back. The girl at the counter agreed to make an exception and get them cleaned for free. On my very last dry cleaning, I told the clerk that I'd use 50% off for my bunch of clothes. She punched a hole on 50% off from my card. Days later, I received my clothes with FULL price taped onto plastic. I was so mad, I brought those back to the Imperial Blvd branch and explained what happened. This time, another clerk told me she'd put a note to credit 50% back to my account, I am wary to try if she is true to her word. This was the third time Kona had screwed me on 50% off card. Not argue with me when I complained my expensive jacket was not cleaned. Stains on jacket that were not originally there.

Too expensive. $18.23 for two pieces? A sweater and a plain short grey shift?
$20 is way to much to do what I needed done. Your alterations is a rip off & I will NEVER use your business for alternative again!
