Great place clean, great assistants and Super Remodel...however.. 7$ for one blouse is over the top expensive.. sorry to say after 18 years..too expensive
Honestly, you guys did a good job, but I'm really disappointed in the cost. When my husband brought in our rug to be cleaned, he was told it would be around $20. When I went to pick it up, the cost was $84. The rug itself was only $120 and I never would have spent that much to have it cleaned.
When I went to pick up the comforter.. the price of dry cleaning was MORE than the price of the item!! After being cleaned the comforter was lumpy and unusable.. so I REFUSED the item and told the gentleman to "keep it" I don't want it and I am NOT going to pay for something that is ruined!! How many times do I have to tell you this?? PLEASE keep the comforter that you destroyed!! And STOP pestering me!!

No one has stopped by to pick up my clothes. I only need to have a once of month pick up but I can't remember the last time she came to pick up.
Minor alteration, hemming 3 mens' pants, and replacing 2 womens' elastic waist bands was well accomplished. The price charged was excessive. As no prices were posted for either alterations, or for cleaning, I have no argument, however I will find another firm for future work.
I am on the pick-up route but do not have items every week, however, when I do they NEVER pick them up. My neighbor across the street gets his picked up but not mine. As a matter of fact he just put my bag at his place so they would pick it up. If I need to call to let you know I have a pick up, that is fine. In the past I have done that but even then some times they missed mine. You can see why I only give you one star. I end up taking it in myself, which is out of my way.
