On Saturday, July 18, I picked up a red jacket that I had worn once prior to giving it to Aloha Cleaners. When I unpeeled the plastic, I found that the hem had come completely unraveled. Will you repair the jacket hem at no cost?
Our delivery person is less than friendly. Seems angry at times.
My fluff and fold did not get delivered.
I have been taking my comforter covers to Kona prior to the new ownership and never had any issues. The dry cleaning was great, but they did not fix the rip in my pants. I was upset by I have to wait 3 extra days for them now.
I take my suit jacket in to get cleaned and one of buttons to be fixed. They fixed the button on jacket. But they don't clean the jacket. I really need the jacket. The lady at the cleaner said she would rush it for me. Went back the next morning and they said it would not be ready until 5. How is that rushed. Then went back at 5 jacket still not done. Girl said customer service would call but no call. Not going back to that cleans again
The prices here are way to high for me to continue doing business. $2.50 to launder a shirt? I don't know why people still keep going here. $5 to launder dress pants? I don't know why these prices are so high! I'm taking my business elsewhere. Service was great. Don't get me wrong. Prices are just too high.
Service was great, work was fine. The prices were very high however. $6.50 for a pair of pants is $2 over the average.
