Kona is the best. Always ready on time or early and open on Saturdays!
Kona Cleaners is the best cleaning service that I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond to ensure that my clothes are not just cleaned, but make any repairs necessary without me asking. I highly recommend their service to anyone who is in need of a true professional dry-cleaning service.
They ruined my leather jacket! It stinks of a chemical and is very dry and even some of the detailed tassels on the jacket are missing or have been cut and dried out, maybe due to the chemical they used to treat it.
I have been coming to this dry cleaners for years. I have now moved, but continue to come to them because of their great customer service. Additionally if you live in the area they will pick up and drop off your dry cleaning, how great is that. I like them because when I get my clothes back it doesn't have a smell like from other dry cleaners and they haven't shrunk any of my clothes like other dry cleaners. I have even taken my comforters and throw pillows and they have been cleaned great.
I was very impressed by the service at the Anaheim store. I started my day by stopping at the store on Brookhurst in Huntington beach - which is much closer to my home. I was getting 3 pairs of pants hemmed and cleaned. I was told $10 per pair of pants. I was shocked and left saying that was too much. I went to the store in Anaheim(on Orangethorpe) and the sign in the window clearly said $5.99 per pants for hemming. That was very disconcerting due to the information the Kona cleaners in HB gave me.
Too expensive, would have been nice when for the woman checking me in to give me some prices since I didn't see any prices listed. $21.00 for a dress and scarf????? Ridiculous. I will shop around for better pricing.
The girl at the counter was nice but overpriced and my shirt and pair of pants I took in still weren't clean. I won't be going back.
Very personable. However, I did think they were a little overpriced.
Dry cleaning is good but, what about those prices? Even after my "discount" I felt that the prices were much higher than most cleaners - does anyone else agree?
