I asked to get my dressed hemmed from the bottom only. I went in the store and we measured only the bottom. We agreed to cut several inches from the BOTTOM; however when I went to wear the dress for my event I noticed the woman cut the straps and shortened them as well. I did not request her to touch the top of the dress. This is extremely frustrating because i couldnt wear the dress for my event.
Pants were late and didn't come with shirts on scheduled delivery. I have spoken to my rep many times about having my shirts laundered, not cleaned and I'm still being over charged.
I had 6 shirts I dropped off and said wanted them laundered, lady said ok I go pick and it 22 dollars because one was golf shirt and one was had to be dry cleaned and 2 were 1/4 zip over shirts. And I had coupon for 25% off. I thought it would be under 10 bucks.
Everything was good except that white socks were still dirty.
I thought I would try a big company vrs the mom and pop stores. I took several items , I pointed out a spot on my evening dress to the girl that took my order. I picked up my items but the first thing I check was if spot was gone. I pointed spot to the Olivia and she asked if I wanted to leave it so they could try to remove it. Missing socks , stains on my some of my shirt are still there
Was promised my order would be done on Saturday, but it wasn’t done until Monday morning. When I picked my order up, the employee apologized and said they had problems but did not offer any other incentive to return. This was my first order in about a year and I was just giving your business another try. I will find another dry cleaner near me to try.
An unauthorized illegal charge was placed on my account. When asked to speak with management, I was told I'd get a call back. Its been over a month and I haven not received anything.
