I did my best to stay loyal, but I am gone. I have called 5 times, left 3 voicemails and visited the Costa Mesa store 2 times to leave my number and have a customer service agent or manager call me about a serious issue. I have not heard a thing. Too bad. As a business owner I want good news fast and bad news faster, that does not seem the case with Kona. When you send out a notification that clothes are ready for pickup, And total dollar amount, how about giving us a detailed breakdown of itemized clothes and amount of each item. A total cost tells us nothing. We need to know charges for each piec
We have been a Kona customer for years. Unfortunately within the last year we have had several issues. A lost shirt, a ruined sweater, hanging sweaters on wire hangers after being asked not to, and the most recent problem is clothes coming back with a foul, fish like odor.
My pick up was for Tuesday..no one showed. When I call you Wednesday you could not pick it up that day since "no one picks up on Wednesday's". You GUARANTEED me that I would have a normal scheduled pick up on Thursday, (1-14-2016). Again, NO show.....
Wow! Didn't know that cleaning these rugs would cost MORE than I paid for them!! I think you should give an estimate when the price of laundering a rug is SO much!! I am quite disappointed in the amount due.. for sure!! Had I known.. I would have just tossed them away and bought new ones! Actually, don't know if I even want to pick them up now!
Dry cleaning of suits has not been of good quality. Laundered shirts are done well.

My sweater is still missing, I haven't heard from kona yet. But I give it 2 stars because they have called to let me know they are searching for it. I went with kona because of their special discount cards, my other dry cleaners never lost my clothes.
Very friendly service and quick completion but I was surprised at paying $60 for 10 items. I usually pay about half of that.
