I brought my jacket in to be cleaned. However when I picked it up they said the zipper pull was missing, which it wasn't when I dropped it off. They said they would only replace it if I paid for it which I refused to do since it was not missing when I brought it in.

I went in to get pants tailored and needed to get them done by a certain time for an out of state work trip. I went to pick up the day I was told they were going to be ready and they were not done yet. There was a change in staff and the new person had not started yet. I was never advised of the change causing me to not have the clothes I needed In time. Very poor communication. End result, I had to buy new pants and spend double the money

I dropped off 8 garments and asked the cashier for pricing. She handed me a booklet with pricing and circles my type of clothes with a prices ranging of $9-$10.00. A day later I got an email with a bill of $230.00. My advise is to give a ticket up front showing prices to avoid this type of situations. Extremely upset, if I knew that they were going to charge me $60.00-$80.00 for three of them, I wouldn't leave them.

You guys charged me over 11.00 to press a suit and it is 14.00 to have it dry cleaned. I think that is WAY to much to simply steam out some wrinkles in a 2 piece suit for a long time customer. I really need to think about your prices being too high for certain things I bring there and may need to take them elsewhere.

Business response:

A 5 star rating can only mean one thing - you had a great experience with Kona Cleaners. We care about our customers as much as we care about their garments, and every 5 star review inspires us and keeps us motivated to do our very best.

This place is sooo expensive. I was charged the price of a coat for a extremely thin cardigan. I only took two items and it was $23! Never going here again!
