I will NEVER GO BACK HERE!! Brought in 8 dress shirts and a Sports Coat. Went to pick it up and they only had 8 shirts No Jacket! I told them that the jacket wasn't there and she needed the color and brand of jacket. I said I don't know the brand because these are my sons clothes and she says there's nothing I can do without knowing the brand that she would have to go through every garment looking for it which is a lot of work. Good job , over priced
I brought a sweatshirt to be repaired and asked for it not to be cleaned. But to patch a small hole. They did not patch the hole and just dry cleaned the sweat shirt!! horrible!!
Service was fine. Price was ridiculous.

Dropped my items off to Newport location. Went to pick up and was told upon arriving that my clothes were at the Costa Mesa laundrette. No apologies financial or vocal were offered! Had to go and collect them myself. Won't be using Kona again.
My only problem was with the sewing service. Brought in a pair of jeans that needed the front and back pocket sewn. Paid in advance for service for $10 (assuming that was total for sewing) along with shirt pressing and sweaters to be dry cleaned (total of $32). After taking it home found out that only the front pocket was sewn. So returned the jeans. The next day my wife picked up the jeans, only to be charged an additional $5. So total was $15 just to have front and back pocket sewn. I don't know how much service like this ... read more
I purchased a $25 voucher for $15 on yelp. When I went to pick up my clothes, I was told by your staff that I could not use the voucher for that particular pick up because it had to be used before I dropped off by clothes. This would have been completely fine if it was disclosed on the yelp page, but it wasn't. I would recommend you add language to the yelp page to disclose this because as a new customer, it's not the first impression you want give.
The front desk personnel was excellent. My promised date was not met by three days, but not too upset by it.
